Is there a way around the 1 year operators license law to get my CDL A?

So i went to get my CDL class A. i have only had my license for 2 months. but i have been driving longer. *with a permit* i have also used a forklift to load truck for 1 year and 7 months. i have no tickets, parking violations blah blah. and i already took the egears.com course and i got a 94% on my tests so i know i can pass im 22 years old and just want to drive truck.
